TriVision needed a film introducing its packaging inspection solutions to food and packaging manufacturers. Intended for its website and an upcoming trade fair in Italy, the project had a ten-day production window from brief to final delivery.

Working within a recently refreshed brand identity, I developed a visual approach centred on cameras, lenses and the detection of packaging defects. I modelled three packaging types in Cinema 4D and designed their graphics to reflect TriVision’s brand while incorporating the details its systems inspect. Supplied machine photographs were retouched and combined with the 3D sequences and animated graphics in After Effects.

I managed the production and direct client communication throughout, sharing sketches, test renders and motion tests for rapid feedback. The workflow brought together packaging design, 3D and motion graphics to explain a technical process within a tightly defined schedule.
